Error on MAGIX Ringtone Maker installer

Hello,

I recently bought MAGIX Ringtone Maker from the internet. Then I tried to run the set up but it couldn’t go any further. An error popped up as shown below. I would like to any what the cause of such an error is and how I can solve it. I am running Windows 7 ultimate.

The MAGIX Ringtone Maker 3 silver installation cannot be executed on Unknown.

To continue with the MAGIX Ringtone Maker 3 silver installation please install another Windows version.

Error on MAGIX Ringtone Maker installer

Hi,

If you could visit the site on the link below, it says that Magix Ringtone Maker 3.0 can only run in Windows XP and lower versions of Windows. You said you're using Windows 7 Ultimate so most probably, there's an OS version issue. Right click the program. Select Properties > Compatibility > Run this program in compatibility mode for > Select Windows XP Service Pack 3. Hope it helps
