An installation package for the product Topaz Lens Effects cannot be found

Hi,

The problem is with Topaz Lens Effects i.e. the Photoshop plug-in simulates lens, the filter and the camera effects.

I received an error message while installing the same. I tried several way but failed. It failed to find an installation package.

I do not understand the error message.

Have you any idea for the problem?

Please help.

Hi,

 

The program lost definite components that have been damaged and uninstalled earlier.

 

Or you are using an invalid copy of the Topaz Lens Effects installation package. Confirm that the Topaz Lens Effects package exists and so as to access it, or make contact with the software application dealer to prove that the copy you have is valid.

 

Or attempt to duplicate the install file on your computer desktop and attempt to run it. Make sure you will run as Admin.

Hi Hall,

I will certainly help you. The error you are getting is possibly caused when the pre-requisites are not met by a software.

 

The Topaz Lens Effects app searched for the previous version of Topaz Lab apps. When it did not find any it prompted to install it before installing the current software.

 

Please read the pre-requisites of the software before proceeding.
