Software that can save different images format
Hello dear regular computer user, why don’t you tell us your exact need? Then why you tell about the digital work shop. Please make questions on your exact problem. There is some drawing software such as Auto-Cad for engineering purpose. It accomplishes the mechanical, architectural drawings. It can help you if you want to do some architectural drawing. One thing in such software there is no save as jpg option.
There should be export to jpg option. Try to find in your digital work shop software. If your software can enable to save in cad format than you can easily convert that in jpg format by auto cad. I provide you a link. This link can meet you with a lot of drawing software. Choose whichever you want. Choose according to your need. The link is https://www.capterra.com/architectural-cad-software/. Here you can find many drawing software. Choose for you. And one more thing tries to post question specifically.

You can use window paint for any of your file type you can also convert files from .jpg to .png and from .png to .gif what's ever your drawing type is you can easily convert you drawing in another format using paint. You just need to take these steps to change your file form one format to the other.
Go to your drawing and then right click on it from open with dropdown choose paint your drawing will open in the paint. Now you can save it as other format to save it in other desired format choose save as from file menu and from the type select your desired type in which you want to save your drawing. It will change the type of your file and make its preview as supported by the type. I hope it will help you a lot.
