CWR Mobile CRM 4.1.0.11 (64-bit)

Hi guys,

I received an error message while installing CWR Mobile CRM. The screenshot of the error message is as under. It is indicating that a newer version of that product is already exists. I do not understand the error message. Have you any idea for the issue? Please help.

Hello Nalson,

Thanks for sharing your problem with us, you are receiving this error because the program you are installing is a older version. A newer version of program is already installed in your computer. Uninstall the newer version if you want to install the older version.

CWR Mobile CRM 4.1.0.11 (64-bit)

Are you using another version of the same program you are trying to install? Just see it in add remove programs and make sure you have no copy of program installed on the computer also check that if you are connected over the network then there is a program running over the network for the same purpose.

Once you are clear with this you will be able to install the program. Also log in as admin to install the program.
