Hi,
The problem is with my iPhone. Have a look at the error message below. After getting this error message, I re- installed Apple Mobile Device Support but the same error remains unchanged.
Have a look at the screenshot below. What does it mean? Have you any idea?

Hi,
I will help you to solve your error with Apple Mobile Devices Support. Your iPhone will not be connected to your PC unless this application is installed. Uninstall any Apple software you have installed and restart your PC. Then install the Apple software like iTunes or QuickTime. The above said software will be installed. Then you will not have any error.

Hello,
IPhone Configuration Utility is unable to identify a system file and so this error is occurring.
In order to fix this issue,
-
Copy “libeay32.dll” and “ssleay32.dll” from “C:Program FilesCommon FilesAppleMobile Device Support” to “C:WindowsSystem32”.
-
Start an elevated Command Prompt and run the following command:
regsvr32 ssleay32.dll libeay32.dll
OpenSSL also can be deployed in your system. From this page, download and install the installer version and run IPhone Configuration Utility.
Using latest iTunes is recommended. Download iTunes.

You don’t actually need to reinstall AMDS or the Apple Mobile Device Support. If you install iTunes, it will also install AMDS. If your iPhone Configuration Utility software reports that it cannot find AMDS on your computer then check if you have iTunes. If you have it but AMDS still can’t be found, uninstall iTunes and AMDS using the Control Panel.
Uninstall iTunes, AMDS, and other components in the following order. Don’t attempt to uninstall only 1 component and leave the others or uninstall them in a different order because it may have bad effects on your computer.

iTunes
-
Apple Software Update

Apple Mobile Device Support
If iTunes or Apple Software Update is running, exit the program before continuing with the uninstallation. When removing iTunes, make sure all programs related to iTunes are also removed before restarting the computer and uninstalling the next component. But normally, when you uninstall iTunes, it will also remove all supporting files related to the program.
Once you have uninstalled all components, visit Download iTunes Latest to download the latest version. If you have 64-bit Microsoft Windows, you need to use iTunes 64-bit for Windows. Run the installer to install iTunes. Once it is installed, all 3 components you have previously uninstalled will be restored. After this, start the iPhone Configuration Utility again then see if it works.
In case you still have the error, you probably need to reinstall iPhone Configuration Utility. Uninstall iPhone Configuration Utility then visit iPhone Configuration Utility for Windows to download the installer. Run the installer to reinstall iPhone Configuration Utility.
