Hi Experts,

My iTunes has encountered a serious problem. Have a look at the screenshot below.

 

It has stopped working throwing this error message.

 

I tried several ways to get a remedy but failed. I do not have any idea for the issue.

 

Please help me to solve the problem.

ITunes quit unexpectedly while using the Sonix SN9C201 WebCam plug-in.

 

Hi

 

I will help you to solve your iTunes error. Apple iTunes crashes because the Sonic plug-in you are using is incompatible with it. You should uninstall the webcam plug-in from Sonic and try playing in iTunes. It should not crash. Check Sonic website for compatibility with iTunes.

 

There may be a solution for it.
