So recently I constantly keep getting this annoying pop up error on my screen.

Blank Pop up Error Message Box Keeps Displaying

The error you have mentioned in your question that, “check the screenshot” caused because of many problems as:

1. You screen resolution is not matching with the display unit (Monitor or LCD).

2. You may have downloaded and installed a new theme that is not adjusting in the windows themes.

3. And the other which seems more real than the above two, that the windows you have installed is pirated or not a registered version is creating  some bugs in it, and that bugs are creating this type of message repeatedly.

So try to get any other fresh and registered copy and try again.
