Could not open Archived Mails on Outlook 2003

Hi to all the TechyV Experts.

I hope somebody can help me with my problem. It has been 3 years that I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003. This will also mean that I have so many emails ever since I started using it. My trouble is that, after the archiving, it shows the location of the emails that was archived, but I cannot open it.

I know where the location is. It is also showing in my Outlook page, however, when I click on it, it says it cannot display it. The archived file is already 10GB. I do not know if the size of the file poses an issue. But, I’ll be glad to take anyone’s decent advice.

Hi!

The problem can be solved if when you try to Archive the message, the thing you does is to remove the label of the message from the inbox. The message you typed is still in the same place, means in the All Mail also with the other message you typed then you can make label all of them to find easier. Note this Archive is a not a location it is an act.. Or if the problem is not solved then you should click on run and type OUTLOOK.exe then see. Otherwise restart your computer and then open the outlook. It will solve the problem.
