NI IDFinder downloading fails to download

Hi,
I would like to be able to use the NI IDFinder to download the instrument driver. I launched the Finder and located the download but then it says that the destination folder exists and this is the first time am downloading that driver. I am just seeking your opinions before I do something wrong. Will there be any bad consequences if I choose to install and overwrite the existing files?
