Recently I'm done installing with Exchange 2007 and configured certificates.
Furthermore, I've also done with ISA server preferences. The internal and external interface of OWA works smoothly though there is some sorts of issue with Outlook. You may refer to the following attached screen-shot.
I've done with creating the certificate using Windows platform though it resulting as an untrusted. Secondly, over my Windows Vista system I've installed the certificate where I need to configure Outlook.

There is a problem with the proxy server’s security certificate. The security certificate is not from a trusted certifying authority.
Outlook is unable to connect to the proxy server kaeferme.no-ip.org.(Error Code 8).

Hi,
To resolved this problem, you will need administrator – level account in your PC, then run internet explorer, And followed by the Opening website address of your company website URL.
Once the address appears, the words Certificate error appears double click the icon then you’ll see detail certificate window, then there is button marked as a Install Certificate.
Click the button and install the certificate in two folders, namely as Trusted Root Certificate and Certificate.

There is a problem with the proxy server’s security certificate
This error may occur due to one or more of the following:

1. Certification authority (CA) is required in the connection to the server.
2. The certification authority at the root is not set to "trusted".
3. The certificate is invalid or canceled.
4. The name of the site does not match the certificate.

Follow these steps to solve your issue:

1. If the Certificate window appears, click "Install Certificate".

2. Click the Next button.
3. Click the "Place all certificate in the following store" radio button.

4. Click the Browse button.
5. Click "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" then click the OK button.

6. Click the Next button.
7. Click the Finish button.
8. The security warning window will appear, click Yes.

9. Finally click the OK button.
