Cant login on AvaTrader Trading software

Hello,

I have the Ava Trading Platform that helps me record trading transactions. Recently I installed in Windows Vista but attempts to log in have been futile. I received an error message saying: access denied. Anyone who knows what the problem is?

Ava Trader Exception Cannot create file : C:program files Ava TraderAPP#6D529508Fx_Client.exe". Access is denied.

Cant login on AvaTrader Trading software

Hy  Mr. Hendrick,

Well, Vista has a history of popping up such problems. However, you need not worry. Follow these steps:

1. Right click on the 'AvaTrader' icon on your desktop.

2. Select the option 'Run As Administrator'.

3. When prompted, select 'Allow' or 'Yes' option.

4. Your program will run.

Remember to do the above every time you run AvaTrader or any other softwarecausing similar troubles.
