Error when Installing Adobe Premier Elements 10

Hello experts,

There is an installation error 1935 when installing Adobe Premier Elements 10 on Windows 7 64 bit. Has anyone seen this error before? I checked and made sure the set up is not corrupt.

Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly component

{CE3230AC-E72E-3EDF-8A57-87FCE1CF2629}.

HRESULT: 0x80070002.

Error when Installing Adobe Premier Elements 10

Hello.

This cloud be caused by MSI Package. To resolve your problem, Install Windows Installer latest version, check if the program needs .NET framework, or VC++ Redistribute or other such components. Install them before you proceed with installing Adobe Premier Elements. 

Also, make sure you have an anti spyware installed in your system, check it to manual from auto. Please check for Applications such as WinTools, WinEasy,​ WebSearch, Easy Installer Remove them. It should work.
