I am seeking to install a new HP printer, but and I continuously get an error stating "%1 is not a valid win32 application". The image below is a screen shot of the error. Any assistance is tremendously appreciated. Thanks!
Problems installing an HP Printer
There seems to be some issue with the driver file you are trying to install. This could be because of two reasons, either the CD Rom came with your printer is corrupted or the driver file you copied from some source is corrupt.
There can also be some issue of Operating system compatibility i. e. you may be installing the Windows 7 driver on Windows XP Operating System.
In both cases you need to go to hp website for drivers download of your printer. For direct access. Select your printer from different options and also select your operating system and download the driver and install it.
Your issue will be solved.

Problems installing an HP Printer
Hello!
Thanks for your help. My printer is working properly. The issues was the OS compatibility. I then did what you said, visited the hp website and look for the driver that will be compatible to my Operating system.
