Panda global protection 2009 error

Hi all

I have been using panda antivirus for a few months now without any trouble, but just yesterday all of a sudden, the following message popped up on my screen.

The screenshot of the error is as follows:

The message states:

Self-diagnosis protection level: medium

To protect your PC from the latest threads, it is advisable to update panda global protection 2009.

Now can anyone please tell me what should I do?

Panda global protection 2009 error

This message is not an error. Your antivirus software is outdated and it needs to be updated since the Protection level is rated as Medium. Once this message box appears again, click on Yes to start the update. Do not ignore the message box by clicking No.

Updating your antivirus software will ensure that it runs optimally and it fully protects your computer from any threats.
