Venus 1500 fatal error shown

Hi,

I installed Venus 1500 V4 and now I can’t close all requested applications on Daktronics Nucleus Sever. All I get is the error shown below. Any ideas towards finding a solution are welcome.

Error: The setup was unable to automatically close all requested applications. Please ensure that the application holding files in use are closed before continuing with the installation.

Venus 1500 fatal error shown

Dear Jeana, it seems like your problem has got solution. You are having error while installing Venus 1500 v4.

According to my research, it is the error that has been occurring for .NET Framework. In order to solve this issue, you should follow the following steps:

1.       Go to Start menu >> Control Panel >> Programs and Features >> locate Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0

2.       Right-click on it and select “Repair”.

3.       Then, follow the wizard.

4.       Restart your computer and try installing Venus 1500 v4 once again.

Also, you can download the latest .NET Framework from

https://filehippo.com/download_dotnet_framework_4/

Install it.

Hope you have got rid of this problem.
