Shows error box when I start up and shut down my computer

I am a Microsoft windows user.

So I am well aware of a system file with name rundll32.exe, there are a lots of errors because of this file (maybe) but this time I am getting an error in rundll32.exe.

Whenever I shut down my computer or even when my computer starts up I see this error during the startup process which says:

 

Runtime Error!

Program: C:WindowsSystemrundll32exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way

Please contact the application’s support team for more information.

Shows error box when I start up and shut down my computer

Hi there ,

It seems you have a lot of malware activities on your computer . The viruses are trying to use the rundll32.exe on your system to work on.

Please download and install Kaspersky internet security 2012 and run a full system scan , This is going to keep the malware under control or ever kill it.

What you have to do is follow my steps :-  

1. Go to run by clicking on start or for shortcut use win key + r 

2.Type in the box msconfig and press enter.

3.In the box that appears select the startup tab and stop all the unnecessary programs running at startup by unchecking each of them , if found any program with the rundll32,exe then uncheck it also 

4.Click apply and then restart.
