I wanted to install Microsoft Office for Mac OS X Lion but when I tried to install it I received this error:Â
Software Requirement
This software requires an Intel-based Macintosh computer.
Is there any way to install this on my mac?
Installation Problem with Microsoft Office
Hey Ace!
There is no need to worry about this problem. Let me help you to fix this error. Basically you need an Intel based Macintosh to install this software.
First of all make sure that all your applications related to Office for Mac 2001 are closed. But let me explain you one thing that "Finder" will not be close.
Now click on "About this Mac" in Apple menu to determine your processor type. Here let me clear you one thing that if you are using an Intel based processor, you will not able to install the software.
Hope it will help you
Thanks
