Red Alert shows severe error

Hi,

Am kind of worried because my favorite game is having problems. This is the Red Alert 2 game. It displays an internal error and cannot continue normally. What can I do about this? I tried to reinstall it but no success yet.

Red Alert shows severe error

Hi Gene

First thing to do is turn off the windows firewall.

To do that click Start/control panel/Network and Internet connections/change windows firewall security settings/Off (not recommend).This should work.

Red Alert shows severe error

Hello Gene,

Try RA2 Patch 1.006. This will fix the game files. Copy the file into the installation directory. I mean, the path where you installed the game. Then, run the patch file.

Also, uninstall the game completely. Then re-install the game.

This should solve the problem with the launcher.
