Hello

All mailers, I have a task for you, but your order bass on my side.

As you can see the error in the picture, which I'm facing an error while sending email through outlook although my email address is valid, and I have confirmed that I already sent an email to the same email through another mail service address and it worked, but you cannot imagine you do not the case here.

The error message says to check the event viewer for more details of the error. When I checked the event viewer, it showed a message as email values is not valid, but I don't understand what you meant by 'values'. You attempted to send mail to another address that one was sent, but I don't know why not sent to this address.

If anyone is interested in looking at this problem of mine, then give the email address which I am having problem with.

Thank you.

Hey there, Robbie here

The error you are getting usually occurs when a person mistakenly forget to put the @ sign before the email address. There is a simple workaround for this, here's how you do it:

  1. Go to Start then to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange and then choose System Manager.
  2. Look at the left pane, in there expand Recipients and then choose Recipient Policies
  3. Choose Default Policy located at the right pane, right click and then choose Properties.
  4. Navigate to Email Addresses (Policy) tab and then choose New
  5. In the Email address type list, go ahead and choose SMTP Address and click OK.
  6. In the Address box, just type @ following the email address you are sending to.
  7. Click Apply then OK twice
  8. Look for Default Policy, right click on it and choose Apply this policy now.
  9. In Exchange System Manager, click Yes.

Regards, hope this solves your problem.

Hello J. Mate, this behavior occurs if the symbol @ does not come before the email address. To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, select programs, select Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. In the left pane, expand recipients, and then click recipient policies.
  3. In the right pane, click default policy, and then click Properties.
  4. Click the tab (policy) e-mail addresses, and then click New.
  5. In the email address type list, select the SMTP address, and then click OK.
  6. In the address box, type @ followed by the email address.

    • For example, @domain.com is a valid email address while domain.com is not a valid email address.
  7. Click apply and then click OK twice.
  8. Click on default policy, and then click apply this policy now.
  9. In the Exchange System Manager dialog box, click Yes.
