What finger print software can be linked to computer?

My friend is working in HR department of our local government and they are currently using biometric machine to get the daily time record of all their employees. But this machine is not directly connected to computer so is asking somebody to transfer via removable disk the data each month. She asked me if I know finger print software that can be directly linked into their computer for easy accessing the data.

Can anyone suggest options for this?

Also go this site www.bayometric.com, under "Products We Offer" click on "Biometric Computer Logon" or "Biometric Time and Attendance" or "Web Based Biometrics" or just click one by one on the products they offer.
