I cannot get the Nero Vision Xtra software to burn a Blu-ray disk as an error is displayed even before starting the encoding process. What can be done to avoid the error? I am running Windows 7. Please help.

I encountered series of errors and problems with my computer so I decided to do System Restore. When I am done restoring a project file from my backup, the video clips and images are showing with no frame. During the uploading process I got a message stating that some files are missing and the procedure to locate them manually which I followed correctly.

My Mac PC is running with OS X 10.5.8. It has Prism Video Converter software downloaded and installed in it. I have some m4v files which I need to convert. I made those files in iMovie and every time I started on converting, an error is showing that says "Could not open source video file."

I am using Retrospect version 7.7.562 for Windows. I could find a readme file along with the application that says "RET-235: Fixed a crash (elem.cpp-1138 assert) that could occur when Retrospect sent a cleaning cycle command to a tape library while another operation was running." But I am unable to locate any tape library. How does this happen? What should I do if the crash happens?

The Retrospect Small Business Server Premium Version 7.7 runs on my Windows SBS 2008 machine without any errors. But lately, it started throwing an error message stating "Assert - module.cpp-1138." What is this? How can I resolve it?

I’ve been using Retrospect Professional 7.7.562 for quite some time now on my Windows 7 PC. Just today, an error appeared on my screen while doing the backup process. The error is stating “Grooming Backup Set Backup Set A failed, error -1017 (insufficient permissions).

I am trying to backup my .pst file but an Error 1111 is appearing so I could not continue. The error occurs after upgrading Retrospect Single Server Edition Version 7.7 for Windows Vista. In my home computer which has Windows 7. I get this error in the event logs.

Your computer was not assigned an address from the network (by the DHCP Server) for the Network Card with network address 0x544598479210.  The following error occurred: 0x79. Your computer will continue to try and obtain an address on its own from the network address (DHCP) server.

Backing up a 1.6TB Workspace to 3 LTO4 tapes using a Tandberg TS400 Robotic was successfully completed. However during the verification process, I received an Error 102 which is a connection issue I guess. This is caused due to the failure of our RAID drives during the process. I would like to know whether it is possible to verify a particular tape in a multi-tape backup.

I keep receiving an error message "PARM_GETVIDEOSATA-ERR" when trying to edit .flv files in Squeeze 4. What does this mean? How do I resolve it? I am running Windows Vista SP2. Please help.
