Hello! I installed SIMS 2 Bon Voyage few days ago. It was working well at first, but today I got an error “D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE!” I reinstalled the game thinking that it can solve the problem, but I am receiving the same error message.

Is there something wrong with my settings?

When i try to disk defragment i get this error message

My computer does not seem to recognize my portable hard drive whenever I try to launch it after I turn on my computer. Puzzlingly, it operates fine if I attach the device before I turn on the computer.

I would like to ask if there are issues on brand compatibility  if used on certain versions of a Windows operating system?

We intend on changing all machines to slim clients, and transfer all operating system information to our new location. Please advise on the process of transferring information from one location to another without compromising, or even better, to improve and optimize user experience.

When I tried using a broad telecommunication connection to access Remote Desktop, the network prompts me that connection is unsuccessful and that particular location might be unavailable.
