I am a Network Administrator of 50+ PCs. I have a Server which have Windows server 2008 which is configure as IIS Server and SQL Database Server. All clients PCs feeds Data in a form of webpage of our LAN website and this data is stored in SQL.

The fields of the web form needs to input data in two languages English and Hindi. I use Google input tools Hindi for input Hindi.

We use left alt+shift key as input Language switching Shortcut. It takes too long to insert Data by switching Languages again and again.

I had a WD elements drive that i used for Time Machine backups and used Disk utility to verify the disk. But it found an error when I tried to repair which failed. So I am looking for SMART testing software to recover error and need information about mac hard disk diagnostics app.

There are unwanted files on my flash drive which am I keeping on deleting, but still remained.

At first, it gets deleted but when I open my flash drive again, it comes back to where it was.

I don't want to reformat my flash drive.

Is there any other way to remove it?

I have two PCs in First PC I have installed Linux and XP dual OS and in second PC I have installed Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. What and when it is required to update BIOS? What tools are required for BIOS Updating?  What types of improvements we view after updating BIOS? Is this possible to set boot from USB Flash Memory as first Boot device in a motherboard after BIOS update which doesn’t have this Feature?
