I have been using Polaris viewer as my default explorer and I have downloaded some PDF files and Polaris is being set as the only application which can open them, how do I make Polaris not to be the default Application to open PDF files?

I have been working online with my Galaxy Tab 2 as a modem using my HP Pavilion PC, recently I have noticed working on the PC the internet connects fast, but when I try using my Tablet, You tube buffers endlessly and I cannot get a video playing, on the PC it plays well with few buffering, what could be wrong with my Tablet? I have updated my Google Nexus 7  to 4.4  and now my "Ok Google" hot word search has stopped working, I did not change any settings (apart from the update), I have even installed Google Experience Launcher but nothing is working, what could be the problem? I have Asus Nexus 7, I have been downloading applications in the Google play store and they have been installing okay, then I created copies of the applications and stored them in a folder, when I did a factory reset on my Device, I did not want to download the applications again so I thought I can install the copies I had created, I enabled install non market applications and tried installing but am getting an error message, How can I install the Backup applications? What could be the problem?

I have been using my Asus Nexus 7 with my HP Pavilion (Running on windows 8)  for a while when I started noticing my Tablet will charge for a while then stop charging, my PC will then notify me that a USB device has been disconnected, then today I connected my Tablet to my PC and it appears in explorer in gray and I cannot access it, what could be the problem here? I have Google Nexus 7 which received an update to android 4.4.1 (kitkat) but after installing the update, I am stuck at the boot logo with no further progress, I had not done a NAND backup so I cannot roll back to previous OS, what should I do to get my Tab working? What could have gone wrong?
