I have a Dell XPS 8700 Desktop which is running on Windows 8.1, connection with mouse is not working well, the mouse will disconnect each time I try to click or scroll a page, then reconnect instantly, try another scroll and the mouse disconnects, this leaves me unable to use the mouse, I have tried several mice getting the same results, troubleshooting finds no problems and drivers are okay, what could be problem and how do I solve this one?

I have a Dell STudio XPS running on Windows 8.1 which has a Bluetooth receiver plugged in a Bose sound dock, pairing with my Dell Latitude E6400 is okay but media playing is giving me a problem, I want to be able to play media files from both computers via the desktop, but synchronization on VLC and Windows media player is not working, Both applications can browse folders but cannot play the files, What could be the problem here? How do I get the media files playing?

I am trying to upgrade my Hyper-V servers from 2012 to 2012R2. To make things work, I migrated the VMWares from my first server for rebuilding the second one. And then I compressed the prior server and installed the 2012R2 and then I tried to add the Hyper-V role and moved the VM into it only to received the error below:

I have a Dell Inspiron Desktop which is running on Windows 8.1, last night I was playing NFS most wanted and the game crashed severally, my screen resolution has changed dramatically and I have very large Icons which are not fitting the screen properly, I have tried to restart the computer to get the icons displaying properly, Display is stuck on 800 x 600, there are no other options available, how do I get display back to normal? What could be the problem and how do I solve it?

I have this Logitech K 120 USB keyboard which was working fine with my old HP Small Factor DC5800, after getting a new PC(Dell Inspiron ) and connected the keyboard, the PC didn't boot and what I could get was a beep, I tried booting the PC first then plug in the keyboard, the system crashed, I am used to the old keyboard, what could be the problem here? what is causing the keyboard not to work? how can I get it working?

I have an Asus N55S Laptop which started having this problem of the touchpad freezing when the keyboard is in use, I am forced to restart the laptop to get the touchpad working. I have checked the settings and nothing has changed ,utilities shows  all devices are okay , what could be the problem here? How do I get my touchpad working simultaneously with my keyboard? what could be causing this problem?

I have an HP S301 desktop which was running on Windows 8, after upgrading to windows 8.1, the screen flickered a little and my user account disappeared together with my applications, I tried creating a new one but it also didn't show on the screen, I have tried reinstalling Windows 8 and still stuck on the same white screen for sign in, what could be the problem here? I have a Dell OptiPlex 3010 which I bought the other day, it was working well for a week then I got this BSOD, after starting smart check, it showed a bad HDD, I replaced that and two days down the line am getting the same BSOD, and the smart check indicates a bad HDD, what could be the problem with this PC? what could be damaging the HDDs? How do I solve this?

I would like to buy a tablet that could play a DVD or flash drive. Are there any such tablets in the market that supports playing a DVD Disc on it? Please advice me on which one to select. Thanks.

I am using Word 2010 in a Windows XP environment on a Dell Vostro 1400 laptop. I have noticed that since the last few weeks, while I am typing in a Word document, the cursor produces a very slow result. Sometimes when I pause, then it catches up on the typing. Can any one tell me what is causing this? How can I fix it, please any remedies will be welcomed. Thanks
