I have upgraded to Photshop CS6 and have exported all the saved presets to this new version using the Export/Import presets option. But I cannot seem to locate the positions of these preset folder items? Where can I find them? Is there any default path that the computer uses to store them? Please tell me. Thanks

I have a Dell XPS 18 running on windows 8.1, I have been trying to stream videos from you tube using FireFox and Google Chrome and they won't play at all, I have installed the latest version of Flashplayer, when I open the videos using Windows internet explorer, they stream just fine, what could be the problem with Chrome and Firefox? My sister was using my HP sleek Book laptop while placing it on a bed, the computer's ventilators were covered by a blanket and the laptop went off from overheating, I left it to cool and even blown the heat sink to make sure it was clean, after an hour or so I restarted the computer and it was working well, but after an hour of use it went off again, it has been repeating this annoying trend over and over again, what could be the problem? I have a Dell OptiPlex which is not giving  audio output when connected to a subwoofer, sound drivers are okay, audio test on the control panel is working okay but when I try to play media files there is no sound at all, I have checked the application settings and volume is okay, what could be the problem here? how can I get this PC to play Music? the subwoofer works fine with another computer.

I have a Acer Apsire P3 which I was upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, the process was taking long so I forcefully terminated the process by switching off the computer, I have tried to restart the computer only to get it stuck on the boot logo, I have tried reinstalling Windows 8 but the fresh install won't start, what is the problem here? does windows 8.1 affect BIOS? How can I get my computer back working?

I have a Dell Vostro 470 PC which I would like to connect to a HDTV to watch movies, I have dual monitor setup via a HDMI slot an DVI slot, each time I connect my PC to the TV via either of the slots, am not getting any signal, the TV settings are okay and I don't seem to find why it won't receive signals from my PC, what could be the problem? How do I get this connection working?
