I have Asus Vivobook which had a dual boot of Windows 8 and Ubuntu 13.10, yesterday after login to Windows 8, automatic updates took over and before I knew what was happening, my computer was upgraded to Windows 8.1, now the problem is I can only access Ubuntu 13.10, when I try Windows, I get this black screen then the computer restarts, How do I solve this problem without losing my data on Windows?

I accidentally dropped my Dell LatitudeE6230 and it fell on the side of the fan and went off instantly, now each time I try rebooting, I get the BIOs right then it starts this continuous beep until I forcefully  turn it off, what could be the problem and how can I solve it?

I have Dell XPS 8500 PC running on Windows 8 which I  upgraded to Windows 8.1 then tried to update drivers for my  HP Printer, it was working well and after shutting down the computer, now it gets stuck on the boot loop, going on and off, am getting this message"The USB device connected malfunctioned and Windows could not recognize it, please try to reconnect it again"  right before it goes off, what could be causing this problem? How can I resolve this?

I have this Acer E1-571 laptop which has very loose USB port to extend that connection to the ports are poor and not well in contact, I am assuming this is very dangerous since the contacts can short the MOBO if I push a flash drive or something in there, how can I solve this problem ?

I have recently bought this Dell Vostro 2521 laptop, I recently left the laptop updating windows 8 to Windows 8.1 and went to sleep, when I woke up in the morning I pressed the start button and it went on as usual, but the computer did not display anything on the screen, the screen has an illuminated black display like it's waiting for some background processing, then nothing happens, I have tried reinstalling Windows 8, but with no screen display I could not get far. what could be the problem? how can I getthe computer to display?

I have Dell Latitude E6230 laptop which has few keys having irritating beahvior of retyping the same letter, for example when am typing letter a and I press the key once, I end up getting aaaaaaaaaa, the keys are W, A and D, I have been gaming on the laptop using the keys as secondary for the arrow keys, How can I fix this annoying behavior? What could be the cause for this?

I was playing on my HP Omini 220 desktop when I smelled burnt plastic, on investigation, I saw fumes  of smoke coming from my Power Supply Unit, I quickly unplugged my computer from the wall socket without switching it off, I opened the casing and saw a smoked fuse, I replaced the PSU with CORSAIR750 watts, the same model as the previous one, the motherboard LEDS are going on well but the computer won't boot, what could be the problem and how can I fix this?

I have Presario CQ2000 which I had installed Splinter Cell Blacklist game, after playing the game for a while, my screen turned blue and requested I restart the computer, after restarting the computer, I started the game again and I got the same problem, after restarting the computer for the third time, my screen got stuck on BIOs and the screen appears distorted instead of the normal blue colored background, how do I solve this problem? I have Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 which is running on Android 4.1.2 version, I recently downloaded ubuntu for Android and tried installing it, now my Galaxy note is stuck on boot logo and nothing happens, I have tried restoring NAND backup and still its stuck on the boot loop, How do I restore my Galaxy Note to either Ubuntu or Android?
