Is it possible to attach a youtube video in PowerPoint 2013? How can this be done? I searched but could not find any relevant options. I found options for videos from SkyDrive or facebook, but not from You tube. Can you please let me know the details. Also tell me if any video can be embedded in PP without logging in to the Microsoft account?

I installed Windows 8 on my PC and restarted it to discover that now Outlook has started giving me trouble. I can receive emails, but when I try sending one, Outlook stops working and shuts itself down. I tried to reboot the computer but that didn't work. What can be done about it? Should I switch back to the previous version of Windows that was working fine on my PC?

Last week I was called up twice by some unknown person who was claiming to be from the Windows service centre. He was saying that my computer was hacked and he wanted details to fix the issues. I inquired about him but he didnt tell any details about himself. Is this some kind of a scam call? Shold I report such a call? To whom or on which site can I report such scams?

I used Microsoft Safety Scanner to scan my files. It successfully removed all defects except one which is called Adwar:Win32/Adkubru. Is this something serious? How can I remove this from my computer?

I have a Windows 7 setup and I am using Internet Explorer as my browser. Whenever I am surfing the net, a few ads appear on the top and bottom of the page which do not belong to that page. I dont click on them but still sometimes ads start popping up as separate windows. Why does this happen? How can I remove all this? I have used malware removal tool with Spy bot but it did not spot any defect. Please help.
