I am using Microsoft Word 2013. I received a .doc file from my Gmail account that is not opening up and a message appears that it has been sent from an untrusted source. I know that the file is safe and would like to open it. How can I do so? Please guide me . Thanks

 

I am using a Windows 8 set up with Microsoft Office 2013. In PowerPoint 2013, how can I view all the slides at one go while during the presentation? Only one slide ahead is to be seen which makes it difficult to select any one slide from in between so many slides. If there is any such option, please tell me how to go about doing so. Thanks

I downloaded iTunes in my iPhone and transferred all songs from my computer into it. It was working fine but today when I accessed it, the program was empty and there were no songs in the playlist. All podcasts were marked as new. Can anyone tell me what exactly happened? Were they deleted? How can I correct this problem and make sure this doesn't happen again?
