Hello,

I need to make a lot of screen shots from a video and the best software to do this is with Green-Force Player. The software is working fine when I want to watch a movie, but when I want to make captures this error stop all the functions of the program. Anyone have any idea how can I make this work ? Is any other softwares that can allow me to make captures ?

When I opened an application downloaded form AppStore I was asked to sign in. I signed in with the correct Apple ID and the password this error message appeared. I have this problem now when I want to sign in to AppStore. Does anyone know why I have this problem and how I can fix it permanently ?

During the installation of Intensity Pro I was asked if I want to make an upgrade of firmware. I thought that may be a good thing so I have accepted. The upgrade and installation begun, but it failed after a short time. Now if I run a new install it fails again and it fails every time I want to install. Does anyone know what happened and how can I install it properly ? Is the new firmware not compatible with Windows 7 ?

I am trying to run a Hard Drive WDC via USB 2.0 on my Dell PC, but it says that the device is unplugged. I plug out and plug in the hard drive, but I have the same problem. I tried to turn it on many times without any result. Does anyone know why the HDD is unplugging by himself ? Is there any way to fix it ?

Strange problem with my Adobe Photoshop, in color tab when input 255 in R an error with the Invalid numeric value. I have this error only in R color with G and B it works fine. It worked fine before, but now I have some error in Photoshop. Does anyone know how to solve this ? What it means and why I have this now ?

I am new to Windows 8 and yet I am encountering a blue screen error with frowny face on top of the error message. This seems new to me since the old Windows BSOD screen is different from this one. This evening in the middle of a movie my sound stopped, but movie continued to run. I have restarted the movie by closing the VLC. After 30 minutes it happened again. I have changed some settings until this window appeared. I don’t know what it means so anyone can help me please by telling me how can I solve this and how can I prevent to happen again ?
