This morning this error appeared when I was trying to to run my game Borderlands 2. I don’t know what happened since last night worked just fine. I have installed SegSvr 32 to install and register some DLL file on my Windows XP (X32) and when I want to run it this error message prompter on my desktop. I tried to reinstall the program, but this error continues to appear. Please help me to install this properly and tell why I can’t install the DLL files without getting any error.

I have installed Rome: Total War 1 month ago and it worked just fine until today when I have opened my PC. Last time when I played I made some changes in settings and saved some mission and closed the game with Alt+F4. I have this error message and I can’t run the game. When I want to play any game it crashes at the startup and this big window error appears and it is saying something about delta time, no idea what it means.
