I am running Windows XP. After logging in, I am getting an error message stating: “The dll or application C:Windowssystem32 (program that appears randomly) is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.”  I am also getting the same message when trying to access any programs on my PC. Everything works well, but the error message just keeps on appearing after logging in to my computer. I will appreciate any help.

In TCExam, Uploading has a function that is not permitted on my server. However, I can see the uploaded files in a temporary folder such as /tmp/. Everything goes well but after doing the function “move_uploaded-file”, I got an error. I was unable to remove from the /tmp/ location. Most probably it is because of a problem with permission. 

Because of this, I cannot import users and questions but importing images is still accessible through FTP. How can I resolve it? The error that I am receiving in TCExam is stating that the move_uploaded_file function is failed to open stream and that the permission denied.

I am updating my photo album through Opera browser but I keep getting an error message stating: “502 Proxy Error” and it do not let me view the webpage. It is very irritating as I am having a hundred pictures that I need to customize and put a description.  Below is the entire error message that I am receiving:

I found a tool that will help me in creating and uploading questions. This tool is called Respondus. The questions will be uploaded through Moodle. And all my questions are properly created by this software. I want to move the categories of my entire questions from the course level context to system level context. My questions have an images attached to it. I am trying to transfer a .jpg file from my digital camera to my Windows 7 computer.  I clicked the Import Pictures and Videos in Windows 7 to start the transfer. Afterwards, my computer start searching for all the pictures from my camera and then the transfer begins. While transferring the file, an error message is continuously appearing stating:
