Dear friends,

My PC runs on Windows 7 Pro (64-bit Traditional Chinese) and has Office ’10 (32-bit Trad Chinese) and IBM Client Access V6R1M0 (64-bit English).  When using Excel’s data transfer, the values change to 10 or 20 instead of the actual 1 or 2.  This occurs randomly.  

Any thoughts? Please share them with me, it would be of great help.

I have upgraded my Samsung Galaxy tab 1000 to Android 2.3.  After upgrading, I can no longer install another keyboard language.

My Canon CP800 was printing OK yesterday but when I tried it today the first photo had a white line along it. I fitted a new cartridge and it did the same. I printed a test page and there is a line on the photo paper as if something is cutting into the paper. Is there a way of cleaning this printer.

I am running Windows 7 and I have Windows 2000 in my Virtual Memory. Something is consuming my CPU usage up to 25% in my virtual memory which is running Windows 2000. It says ms_link.exe. I have installed the software called TCS with my Apache2. After it completed the installation, my Apache suddenly stopped working. I could not be able to run it again while TCS is there. My Outlook Web Application stops working. I have to get into OWA every 45 minutes but it does not respond. So I went to the Exchange Server and refresh the webpage two times every 45 minutes just to be able to continue working and to make OWA works. My Exchange Server 2010 SP1 is running virtually with Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 in VMware. I am using the administrator account and I wanted to create another user account so I did with the local remote desktop. I also have added them to the administrator account.
