When I tried to upgrade my antivirus software, I am receiving error on my QuickBooks software.

I could not open QuickBooks and when I am attempting to do so, I am receiving error stating,

Error: An error occurred when QuickBooks tried to start the database server that manages access to the QuickBooks company file. Error (-6094,0).

What should I do next?

Recently, I have installed the QuickBooks and the Adobe Reader 9. The problem is when I tried to upgrade QuickBooks or try to install the latest version of it; I am receiving this error message and cannot fix this problem. I think this error incur due to Adobe Reader 9.0 installation or due to an older version of Internet Explorer.

When I start openDNS, I have faced some problems in browsers. I set this in two or three computers and I am facing the same error with the following computers. I am trying to install the window programs and I got this error message 'could not access the network location %ALLUSERSPROFILE%/start menu/programs/administrative tools'. I have tried to fix this error but I always failed. I need help please.

When I logged to my computer I get this error message “The procedure entry point ismbcspace could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR71.dll”. I think I updated Real Player and iTunes then this error occurred. When I tried to click the OK button, another runtime error appeared.  Please guide me.
