I am using Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 Distribute Software Updates Wizard in my computer that allows the updates to be authorized from SMS 2003 Service Pack 2 based device. But recently, whenever I try to download updates, this error message appears: “Error downloading file File Name.exe: Unknown error 0x80071017.” Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I have been using Rhapsody 4 for two years now and it’s been working perfectly fine. But recently, it crashes while downloading or just listening to a song. I get this error message, "Import Error. The file (file name) could not be imported into my library". I usually download files from Rhapsody and I don’t import those files into my external hard drive. My subscription to Rhapsody will soon end and I would love to use this program until my last cent. Please help. Thank you!

While downloading McAfee Anti-virus on my computer, this error appeared, “JavaScript not running correctly”. I did everything I know to solve this issue. I disabled pop-up blocker and enabled active scripting, I assure that all Java related permissions and updates are running correctly.

I even called tech support and gave me assistance by accessing my PC remotely to diagnose and help me with the issue. But the tech support suggested that I should contact Java support instead. The sad part is there are no contact numbers on Java website.

Anyone can help me with this issue?

Recently, I installed PaperPort in my computer and have been working perfectly and enjoyed using it with no issues. However, when I try to download the update for “PaperPort 11” I keep on encountering this error message, "Your current browser Security Setting prevents the proper operation of Update Service. Update Service relies on Active X controls and Active Scripting which are enabled under the default browser security settings". Can somebody help me please? Thank you in advance.

I have a client who needs to run WRKDOMSVR command in the command line and verify if the DPARs or the Domino Servers are actively running or not.

The issue is, he successfully run the command but unable to get the status of the Domino Servers.

The status of the command is UNKNOWN but when I verify it with my own account, I can see that it is already started.

What do I need to do so he can have access with the WRKDOMSVR command?
