Can you please help me on how to customize the lookup application in Excel? I’m trying to have a list of different names with highest commission for the month using the lookup function. So I added additional boxes for those other names having the same rate of commissions but only one person’s name appears on those boxes. Help please.

I have a Windows XP SP3 Tablet PC and had Office Small Business Edition installed on it which I’ve been using for several years. But all of a sudden, any Office applications can’t be use anymore and it requires to be reinstalled. I tried to use Microsoft’s original installer but it won’t work in repair approach, it just gives some lists of programs. Can you please help me on this?

I purchased a second-hand computer and it has lots of issues. I only got a Windows XP installer with it and I want to reformat the computer and install all the programs needed. Before reformatting, I want to know if there’s a way that I can save the MS Office program on my computer so it can just be re-installed when the PC is already reformatted. My computer hangs up when I’m using MS Outlook and Internet Explorer at the same time.

I have done all the checking on my Windows OS and disk drives, I already run the defragmentation and cleaned up for viruses and malwares but still nothing helps.

I already uninstalled and re-installed MS Office and I’m thinking if there are files that are still kept in the program settings for its automatically goes during the installation process.

I’m already out of ideas on what to do,
