Dear Experts,

I was installing Peachtree Accounting System to three (3) new PCs in our Finance Department when I got this error at the second installation (see below).  

We are still using Win XP for stability purposes. 

I wondered why I couldn’t get thru to this second (2nd) PC when I got thru at the first. 

Any idea on why this error occurred at the 2nd PC?

My brother is performing some kind of restoration on his laptop and now the entire program in the system including media player and all major software are all deleted.  And my concern is, if you purchased the software and the shop will set up and assure that the laptop will start normally with the entire basic program that they installed, how come those programs are still easily get damaged or corrupted?

We are using Peachtree Accounting System in our office. 

However, I randomly got this error message while viewing a General Ledger Report.

At least one damaged transaction has been bound in account [1100] in the period beginning [12/1/08].

Please run the data verification tests to repair the damage.

I tried to run the data verification test as recommended by the message, but it seemed that it didn’t work because I still got the same error message.  I didn’t know what to do next? 

Is there a workaround for this kind of problem?

The Adobe Flash Player 10 is not able to download in my Vista PC. I want to use the Adobe Flash Player 10 with Mozilla Firefox 3. I have clicked on the link provided at ‘get.adobe.com’ to download the same, as per  instructions. I think it was supposed to ask for ‘run’ or ‘save’, but it was asking for ‘save’ or ‘cancel’ only. I am looking for help in Adobe Flash Player.

My computer is in use for two months now and I did not face any problem with Flash Player during that period.  Another application is asking to turn off user account control. After one week  flash stopped. I have uninstalled earlier versions and installed the latest version.
