I am trying to install magento, but i am receiving this error, Please any one tell me it's solution. There has been an error processing your request Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.

Error log record number: 1562560031 I check all solution from internet but those are not useful for me.

Who face this problem practically, only that person leave answer from this question did not get answers from internet because those are useless for me., I check all those. I am using this version ( magento-1.7.0.2_2 )

I have a blog website. But recently I am facing a problem with my website. My bloggers, users and friends are unable to gain access the website. I can access the website as an administrator. When others try to gain access it as an user, It shows the error message of 404 redirect htaccess. 

What does 404 redirect htaccess actually means? How can I solve this problem?
