One of my clients is using Excel 2000. The problem is he cannot open the Open Office Spreadsheet which came as attachment in an e-mail. Even after set the file association it does not work. Also checked the file to ensure the file is not corrupted. But when trying to open the file it gives an error message which says ‘wrong file format or File is corrupted’. What is the problem? Is it because of the older Excel version? If anybody knows how to solve this, please help.

Read moreHi, I am currently experiencing a problem with my music player. This problem started some time back and I thought that it would be solved once I upgraded to IOS 5 but I was wrong as it persisted after the upgrade. When I select a certain song in the playlist it plays a different one or skips to the next one. It appears as if the list is being shuffled.
I would like to stop this from happening, but I don’t know how to do this. If someone knows the settings that I should change please let me know.

I recently bought a new iPhone 4s and I am not yet familiar with it. I am currently having a problem turning off the text tones while receiving phone calls. This is very annoying as the tones hurt my ears whenever a message comes in during a phone call. Is there a setting that can be configured to disable this feature? I have already asked a few friends here and there but none of them seem to have any clue. They are even suggesting that it cannot be turned off. Please help.

Does anyone out there know how to fix a Linksys router?
The reason for asking this is because I have a problem with the connection of my Wi-Fi devices to the internet. My laptop displays that there is a Wi-Fi but the moment I try to connect to the net it fails. The router seems okay as everything is intact the way it should be. I have been unable to figure this out on my own and I am now looking for anyone to help me correct this situation.
