I would like my Ubuntu desktop to imitate the Windows 7 desktop.

I have setup the taskbar at the bottom of the desktop and rocket dock at the top for executing the program.

But, I still have the Menu bar at the top and do not know how to remove it.

I have two computers at home. The first one is running Windows 7 with built-in Bluetooth device. And the other one that I normally used for day - to - day downloading and uploading of files. It runs Windows XP Professional, and I am using a USB Bluetooth dongle on it.

It works with plug-and-play so it automatically installed its driver. Aside from that, there is no more software or programs that come with the dongle.
