I have an issue with CoRD not working properly. It keeps on failing to connect to a server that requires Network Level Authentication. I have no idea why this happens because there are no error messages or warnings. It seems that Network Level Authentication is not supported by CoRD but I was hoping it can issue a warning and detect Network Level Authentication. Is it possible to create a box containing causes and solutions?
Please suggest possible solutions. Thank you.
Read moreI have a problem converting a Visio chart. I am using Visio 2003 SP3. The Visio chart that I am trying to convert is linked to an active server. When I attempt to convert it, part of the address is not captured. If the link address is, for example, "...DispForm.aspx?ID=341”, the “ID=341" is not captured. However, if I copy that same address onto Word, it is copied in its entirety. No part of the address is dropped from the link.
I would really appreciate help on this.
Read moreI need help with my Excel file. I have a file containing a comma separated values (CSV) list. This list contains information of companies’ contact details and their categories. There are several categories. Right now for each category, there is a separate row containing the business/company information.
I want to have all the information in one row and include the additional categories. Does anyone know how to consolidate the information with a command or a macro or whatever process? It will take me several weeks to complete the consolidation manually. Thanks for helping.
Read moreI am wondering what could be wrong with my network permissions. I am using Windows XP SP2 operating system on my computer (MyPC). I have a folder (MyFolder) on it that I am sharing with “everyone” giving them full security permissions as users and administrators with full control. I tested the access using another computer and got a message saying that the shared folder (\MyPC\MyFolder) cannot be accessed and that I might not have permission to open this shared folder.
This message also came up: Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. Please...
Read moreI am using RAID Utility for my network that tells me when a hard drive is disconnected. My problem is as follows: I have three hard drives. When all three of them are connected to my network/computer, the RAID Utility tells me that one hard drive is not connected.
I tried changing around the cables but there is always one hard drive that’s disconnected. If I unplug one hard drive, the other two are working fine. It doesn’t matter which hard drive I disconnect, when only two are connected, they are working well. But the moment I attach the third...
Read moreI have installed a remote desktop client called CoRD. I have no idea what version it is as I am not very familiar with MAC OS X. I noticed, however, that CoRD does not allow me to connect with servers of different subnets. When I connect with 2008 R2 server, they work just fine but when using a different subnet, I cannot connect. Could it possibly be due to a bug? How do I fix it?

The administrators informed me that there is no trace of me logging in at all. I am using Windows XP SP2. Could there be something blocking my access?
Thanks.

I am attempting to utilize Untangle to be connect between two routers, like this: switch --Router -- Untangle/Bridge -- Router -- Firewall – Internet. Read moreThe DHCP clients in our network cannot connect because they are not able to receive an IP address. I tried to assign static addresses to those computers manually and they are responding but DHCP does not always assign IP addresses. There are times that it assigns IP addresses and times that it does not. I am assuming Untangle has upgraded automatically as there is a new "Professional" add on when I check the WebUI. Also, when I used WebUI, I keep getting a "Server Busy Timeout" message although it does not affect performance of WebUI.
Can you help me figure...

Can you suggest of a program, software or application that can keep track of those transactions?
