I need a little clarification on website URLs. If a search is done to find my website, let’s say www.mysite.com, when they find mysite, are they view it as, www.mysite.com/Default.aspx? Is it possible then for me to replace “Default.aspx” with words that relate more to my site? For example: www.mysite.com/makeup.aspx so that the page content, meta data and URL relating to makeup will be cached by google.

I acquired a DVD multi-format recorder (brand is Memorex) which was also supposed to be able to print LightScribe labels. It came with a Nero Essentials 7 software. The problem is when copying, it will not copy the entire DVD, only portions of it. There is no message of an error. Also, after copying DVD, I attempted to create a label using LightScribe.

My computer seems to have crashed, and I don’t know why.

This the status of my computer right now:

• There are no icons appearing on my desktop.
• When I look at “All Programs”, only Adobe is visible.
• Task manager cannot be opened.
• On right clicking the desktop, nothing happens.
• Under “Program Manager” I can see some programs listed but cannot open them.
• Internet explorer icon is not available

My Outlook Express is giving me problems. Initially, I began having problems deleting emails from my Sent box. It continued to spread to all emails. Now I cannot delete any email. I tried “file” then “delete” with the same result of the email not being deleted. I can empty the deleted items folder which now does not have anything in it.

My company has 50 employees working away from the office. They synchronize with our database daily and we have had no problems until two days ago. Now, whenever they synchronize, this error message appears in the record log:

My smart phone is unable to connect to my WiFi. I using the Bob Lite WiFi. I’m wondering if the WiFi “sleeps” like a computer when not in use for some time? When I try to connect my smart phone with the WiFi, the smart phone appears to be trying to establish a connections then ultimately disconnects. There is no error log so I cannot check what the problem is exactly.
