Hi,

I have been trying to connect to the Internet for almost a day but, it was to no avail. I receive a pop up on my desktop Which says "ERROR 691".  The Error however, occurs only when I try to connect to the Internet. I tried rebooting my modem but, its of no help.

I also tried to enter the user name and password more than once, to ensure that I have entered the correct user id and password, but my internet fails to connect.

Every time I open Apple Mail on my MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard Operating System, I receive an error message that Mail has disabled the following plug-ins: ProxiMail. Please see the attached screen shot.

When I click OK, Apple Mail loads and everything works properly. I would like to stop this error message from displaying. How do I disable the plug-in permanently or delete it? I don’t know if I want to get a new version yet.

The history on my internet explorer is not working all of a sudden. I wanted to check on a website that I was looking at earlier but I could not find it. The websites visited before lunchtime where all there but the websites visited after lunch were not appearing. I have not changed any of my settings on internet explorer and am wondering what happened. Can you help me find out why websites visited no longer appears on IE’s history?

I have Windows 7 on my computer and I switch back and forward between Firefox and internet explorer. Thanks.

I have a problem charging my iPhone 3G. It gives me an error message that says the accessory used is not supported. However, I attempted to charge my iPhone with several other wall chargers, connecting it to my laptop and my desktop computer, all the while getting the same error message.

What could be wrong? Is the problem possibly with my iPhone? Help!

I have hundreds of PDF files and each one has to have its own unique password. Various people are working on these files. I have three hundred and fifty people working for me and they each have a password to access the files. Thirty five contact the administrator of the server to find out if they have access permissions.

Three hundred and fifty people work on three files each, every month (one batch). I need to generate passwords for each file in each batch. How can I do this quickly? Thanks.

We have two areas, each with five static IP addresses connecting through Comcast Cable. Comcast connects through SMC 8014 using a static IP address to Link with a VPN router (Linksys WRV 200) for one area and another VPN router (WRV54g) for the other area. The routers perform perfectly with the internet connection. However, I have another router (IPSEC Router) to connect the two VPN routers in the two areas. Is anybody doing something similar?

How should I proceed? I could use the Linksys R016 VPN routers but I would like to find out if I can get the first...

It has been said that Arc Soft Photo Impression is a Design and Photography editing software with GUI that spontaneously presents creative templates for easy access and usability. It has improved features similar to the application of GIMP or Irfan View.

However, once I installed the Arc Soft Photo Impression 5.1.0.96 in Presario CQ 42 OS Windows 7 Ultimate, its DVD/CD-Rom Drive was automatically not recognized. Could have been a coincidence, but it was again installed in an Acer Laptop, same thing happened.

I wanted to try out CRM applications and software at Salesforce so I signed up for a trial account. I needed to install Riva software for the Salesforce application. I successfully connected the Riva software with our Exchange server through an Admin account. However, I am running into problems configuring Salesforce using the trial account I set up.

Hello,

When I issue legitimate commands on MS-DOS such as "ping" and "ipconfig", the error below always pop up:

"[command] is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file."

You can refer to the attached image. However, when I change the directory to "C:WINDOWSsystem32", the commands will work.  Setting the directory to anything else will fail.

I'm using Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3. Also, I have another computer using the same OS, yet I can type in commands anywhere without getting the error. What could be wrong?
