I have a question regarding the connectivity of the following three things: outlook, yahoo mail, and a lot of computers on a network. I recently installed outlook at my computer at work. It then generated all my emails at yahoo mail. Is there any way I can do this with all the other computers at my workplace?

I want to have a uniform setting or email on all the computers. If this could be done, what if I remove an email in one of the computers in outlook? Would all the other computers be affected? I.e., will they be updated...

I have a problem in saving my MS Excel files created from the earlier version 97-2003 to the newer version which is 2007. Sometimes when I do this, some formula will not work properly. A notification appears that some of the formulas and data will not update will not be updated. How will I solve this problem?

Is there a button I should click so that the whole file will work?

I have 7 WiFi enabled laptops which are connected to the internet with 1 access point and my IP address is (123.237.122.222). I want to connect 1 printer and share it with the 7 laptops but the problem is the printer doesn’t have a wireless capability.
