After receiving an error, I am unable to view the list of emails that my Retrospect version 7.7.562 software failed to back up. I used to see this by clicking the “Errors” options under Job History but now it is grayed out. Please suggest a solution to get this resolved.

My Mac PC is running with OS X 10.5.8. It has Prism Video Converter software downloaded and installed in it. I have some m4v files which I need to convert. I made those files in iMovie and every time I started on converting, an error is showing that says "Could not open source video file."

I could find a readme file along with the application that says "RET-235: Fixed a crash (elem.cpp-1138 assert) that could occur when Retrospect sent a cleaning cycle command to a tape library while another operation was running." I am trying to backup my .pst file but an Error 1111 is appearing so I could not continue. The error occurs after upgrading Retrospect Single Server Edition Version 7.7 for Windows Vista.
