While trying to install LITE-ON Blu-ray Disc (BD) edition on my computer, I get an error message. The Error code is 1326 and stating that I need to have the retail version of the software. I tried installing it again and again but failed. I am able to work using the trail version 10. How can I make it work?

I am trying to install a trial version of ShowBiz DVD 2 and when done with the installation, I tried to update it to ShowBiz DVD 2.2.2.109. Then I started to create my DVD using it but when I clicked the “Write Disk” button, I received the message “An error occurred while rendering the motion menu."And I also got the message “Failure writing the disk" attempting to start burning my DVD. I am receiving an error message while trying to create a DVD burnable file using AVS Video Editor.
