I own a Dell inspiron laptop and now I have a problem with my CD drive. When I tried to play Civilisation III CD, it got struck and gave an error, shown below.

I disabled my antivirus and firewall and tried to play the CD again but I am still facing the same error. Kindly help me in solving the issue so that I can play the CD on my laptop.

Hi to all,

I am having problems in importing files.  Photoshop Elements 2 is being stubborn and does not allow me to import Epson Twain scanner.  Whenever I do so, I am given this error - "Could not complete the import command because of a problem with the acquisition Module interface".  I then clicked the OK button when all of a sudden another error appears - "The instruction at "0x673328c8" referenced memory at "0x0e9b0740".

The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program".  Hoping to solve the problem myself, I have tried reinstalling both programs.  It didn’t...

I am having installation issues on WinPCap.  I have tried installing it a couple of times now but it prompts me that it fails to open c:windowssystem32driversnpf.sys.

I have searched this file in my entire PC; however, I had no luck in finding it. 

I think the file isn’t really there.  My operating system is Windows 7 64-bit.  This is a common problem with this OS.  Anyway, I was given choices on what to do – abort the process, retry installing or ignore to skip the file. 

I have tried to skip the file and continue with the installation process...

Hello Guys,

I have a really big problem with Adobe Illustrator. Every time I click a Color, it would result in a different one. For example, clicking the yellow artwork would result in red. This started when I used the “Save for Web” command.

I think some configurations went wrong so I tried fixing it by reverting back to default settings. Upon pressing CTRL ALT SHIFT, everything went worse. Now, there are missing options on the tabs in the panel.
