I have an IPhone 6 that I recently bought. It had iOS 8.0 when I tried to update the software. An error appeared during the update with an error code 53. Can someone please tell me what is this error? What can I do to remove the error and successfully update my OS.

I have an HP Pavilion dm1 which is now almost two years old. Whenever I plug in the charger, it says plugged in but not charging. Is my battery dead? How can I check that my battery is still working or not? Can it be a problem with my charger instead of the battery?

I have a dell Inspiron 5537 laptop. It works all fine. From the past 2 days it has been showing a small yellow icon over the internet sign and says that I have limited access although my internet is working fine. What can I do to remove this sign? Is this a problem with my laptop WiFi antenna? Or is it something to do with my hardware driver? Please guide. 

I have lost so much data so many times because of the Microsoft Power Point crashing again and again. An error appears that, "Microsoft Power Point has encountered an error and needs to close - error 108". How can I change the auto save time of Power Point to 5 minutes so that I can prevent my data from loss? Also what can I do to prevent error 108 from occurring? I am using Power Point 2013.

I was working on Microsoft Word 2013 when suddenly it crashed. I tried to open it and an error appeared as follows, "Error 712 - The application Microsoft Word can't be opened". I have a MacBook Pro and I cannot figure out how to fix this. All other Office softwares work fine. How can I relaunch Microsoft Word and remove this error? Do I need to reinstall the Office all over again? Also will my data be available on the clipboard when Word 2013 starts again?

I am trying to analyze a 30 bus system in ETAP. I did the load flow analysis and it gave good results. When I try to do short circuit analysis, an error occurs which is as follows, "Error 2300 [SC] No bus faulted". What can I do to remove this error? Is there a problem with the data I gave for the 30 bus system?

I was installing an app on my iPhone and it got stuck while installing. I cannot cancel the install for some reason. I tried deleting it but no 'x' appears when I hold the icon. Can I do something to resume the install? If not, how can I remove the application from my iPhone?

I was updating my iPhone and all was going well when suddenly the update failed. Now my iPhone won't turn on. I tried to restore my iPhone to the previous version but an error occurred. The error was "The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3194)." I tried it several times and the same error occurs. What can I do to solve the issue? Can I directly update without restoring the iPhone?

My IPad 3 has iOS 7 in it. I like the iOS 6 more than the new iOS 7. Can I change the operating system and go back to using the iOS 6? Where can I find the firmware? Also please guide me how to make this change. I am new to Apple and do not know much about Apple devices. 

I had Viber in my phone for the last couple of years. I don't like it anymore so I deleted the app from my phone. However, I still appear as a contact on my friends Viber accounts. I do not want to appear on Viber. What can I do to solve this problem? Is there a way to deactivate Viber before you delete the app from you phone? Please help.
