I get a ‘Failed to launch Help Client’ error message when I launch the help client in Adobe Encore CS6. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling this software a couple of times. But every time, I end up this error message. Why is the Help Client refusing to launch? I find that in my most recently downloaded version of Encore, the Help Manager is also present. I purchased few DeskScapes from Impulse but I find that I am unable to download these on to my computer. Whenever I try to download, I end up with this error that says ‘Server not responding, Please check your internet connection.’ I find that my internet connection is working fine and I’m online and can access files from it too. It is only the download of these DeskScapes that does not seem to work. What could be preventing the download? I am running Kaspersky antivirus on my computer and I tried disabling and downloading. I never really tried using my DVBViewer after some months of installing it. But now, everytime I am trying to launch my DVBViewer, an error is appearing. Following with the error message is a black screen. This happens after the recent upgrade of my Windows XP Pro to SP2. How can it be resolve?

My adobe Adobe Media Encoder CS6 failed to launch the help client and gives an error message conveying the same. Why did I fail to download the files necessary to launch the help client? Is this an issue with the installer I downloaded? I tried downloading the installer again after temporarily disabling my Firewall settings. Hello Experts!

I am having problems on opening a file in MacPaint X through the Open With... Option. I usually get the error "You can't open the application MacPaint X because it is in the Trash. To open this application, move it from the Trash." Opening the file from the App menu works just fine. How can I fix this? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Whenever I starts Adobe LiveCycle Workbench ES, it always shows an error as shown in the image below. It always happen even if I just restarted my computer ensuring that I have no other application running. I want to know why this error appears and if its possible to help me resolve it. Thank you.

1) In Safari, select Applications/Safari in the Finder and click More Info.

2) Ensure that Open in 32-bit mode is selected.

3) Re-launch the browser.

I did what is written in the Error message but the error still exist. Also, it usually happens when resetting Safari and closing it. I just want to know how to get rid of this error or just install Shockwave if needed. Thanks.

I have been using Pro Tools for some time now and never had a problem with it. But today this hardware is not installed or is used by another program came as a surprise to me. The error message leaves me quite clueless as to what hardware Pro Tools is expecting. It only give an OK button which when clicked closes Pro Tools. I am trying to install ROBOTC for Mindstorms and am greeted with the following message during the install process. This happens every time I try to install ROBOTC.I tried closing all other programs before downloading. And I also tried temporarily disabling the antivirus during the download. But while the download completes without a glitch always, I never seem to be able to complete the installation. What could be wrong with the installer?
