I want to reinstall Outpost Firewall Pro but I face this error that says a previous version of the same is present in the system and that this must be uninstalled to setup the new version. I had downloaded a new copy of the installer from Agnitum. I also verified that I had been uninstalling the software from a user account with administrative privileges. I am using windows XP Home Service pack 3 and Avast antivirus on my desktop. Can someone guide me to complete the installation properly please? Thanks a lot for your help.

I have been trying to install Steganos Security Suite 2007 without much success. The installation fails with an ‘Error opening file for writing’ message. I tried aborting the current installation and tried installing again making sure that I had no other programs open. Again I get the same error. I consistently get an AppleScript error when I try to make a DVD or import an mpeg file. It won't open a terminal and errors out -1728. I have tried using different file sizes from a small 1.2 MB file to a large 7 GB file. But no matter what type I try, I always get this error. When I try to simulate intraday data on MS Simulator, I get this error 1617 that says the directory does not contain any MetaStock files. The file still opens in MetaStock but I get this error message both before and after opening a file. This began after my usual download of the day’s data and automatically running the MetaStock export. This happens to all my MetaStock folders. I have not made any changes after the download of the data for the previous day. I have not had a similar problem before. What could be causing the issue? Please help....

I am unable to import any video format in PopVideo Converter. I have tried avi, mpeg and mov formats. Nothing works. All I get is a video codec missing error. I also tried importing a popVideo file into the converter. I had exported this file as a popVideo file from CTAPro with default settings prior to importing it. This file too doesn’t work and displays the same error message. I don’t understand why I am not allowed to import the video. Is this a problem with the installer I used to install the software? My country (India) is not listed in the Lists folder of Visual Trader. So I created my own group by creating a map first and then completed creating groups and assigning “IN” to it. Then I closed VT and copied the map into the folder "IN" under lists and put my custom profile (.vtp file) there and it worked. I am using eSignal RT Datafeed. Here is my problem. Chirp 0.3.1 will receive configuration data from radio but fails to send back the chirp image to radio to complete the configuration. On Chirp, I select radio and choose upload to radio. The port, vendor and model are set to the same values that work for receiving data from radio viz. /dev/ttyS0, Yaesu, FT-60. Then I click OK to begin transmission. Chirp’s prompt appears showing that it is trying to transmit to radio but this halts soon after an error message’ Failed to communicate with radio’. What could be causing this error? Please help....

I am a registered user of Crazy Talk 5 Pro .For about a month now; I have not been able to import any MP3 in wave or Background Audio of the Script Section of Crazy Talk 5 Pro. I always get the same irritating error shown in the screen capture below. The MP3s I am trying to import are of bit rate 128 kbps and can be played without any problem in the windows media player. I attempted installing Sketchbook Designer 2013 version but encountered a problem saying that the language setting must be changed to English or French. I uninstalled it and tried to install 2012 version of SketchBook Designer but again faced this same problem. Is something wrong with the installer I am trying to install?
